About The Boutique
Our Mission
At The Boutique, we are dedicated to providing amazing and amazingly beautifully reimagined homes in the Mohawk Valley. Our goal: to improve our hometowns, our neighborhoods, our family's, friends' and neighbors' lives one property at a time. But not only through renovation; instead through artistic, daring and dramatic renovation with a no-holds-barred approach to discovery and design. Can we reimagine a home for you today?
Our Process

Our Team
We are three friends with a passion for creating beautiful spaces for people to enjoy. Jay's the team leader, and with sixteen years in the real estate, design and hospitality industries, brings an exceptionally wide range of passions to the projects. Nate's the "business in the front" part of our communal mullet. Transaction management, not-for-profit management and radio management underneath his belt - he's taken to "real estate management" like a boss. And then there's Kyle. The Boutique's former intern, turned partner. With unlimited energy, boundless enthusiasm and a mature business eye - he completes the terrific trio.
